Terms of Service

Welcome to aFIFA Task Desk. These Terms of Service govern your use of all services provided by aFIFA, including AI implementation, cloud engineering, DevOps execution, enterprise support workflows, and digital consulting. By ordering or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

aFIFA provides scoped technology execution services across AI, Cloud, DevOps, platform modernization, and enterprise technical operations. Where managed infrastructure availability commitments apply, targeted uptime service levels are defined in the applicable order or statement of work. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance where practical.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete registration details. You are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality. Account holders must be at least 18 years old or have appropriate consent. Account sharing with unauthorized parties is prohibited.

3. Payments & Billing

Payments are due upon invoice generation. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Local (Canada): Interac e-Transfer, EFT/ACH bank transfer, and approved card payments
  • International: Visa, Mastercard credit and debit cards

Service suspension may occur if invoices remain unpaid for more than seven days after the due date. Data may be retained for a limited period after suspension before deletion policies are applied.

4. Refund Policy

Eligible new service engagements may qualify for a 30-day risk-free guarantee where explicitly stated in the order terms. If service expectations are not met during this window, eligible customers may request a full refund. Third-party pass-through costs, licenses, and non-recoverable procurement items are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You are responsible for all content and activity associated with your account. The following is strictly prohibited:

  • Content that is illegal under Canadian law or international law
  • Distribution of malware, phishing pages, or spam
  • Unauthorized cryptocurrency mining or abusive compute workloads
  • Excessive resource usage that degrades shared platform stability for other customers
  • Storage of pirated software, copyrighted media, or illegal material

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content and materials associated with your account and engagement. aFIFA does not claim intellectual property rights over your data. Access is limited to authorized support, delivery, or legal compliance scenarios.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify service features, pricing, or terms with 30 days written notice through email or client portal updates. Existing contractual commitments are honored through their active term unless otherwise specified.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse support channels, or use services for unlawful activity. Customers may cancel services through the client portal. Refund eligibility follows Section 4.

9. Limitation of Liability

aFIFA's total liability for claims related to services is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, losses outside backup retention limits, or force majeure disruption.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
